How do I return an article ordered on the site?

We do our best to deliver a perfect product. Allthough perfection does not exist and we exspect from you some kind of tolerance towards the traces of human handcraft, which makes a product unique. Allthough any complaints regarding the state in which goods have been delivered, must be made to BB+++ no later than 7 days upon receipt of the goods by our contact form, e-mail or telephone. We advise customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging. If your item is faulty on receipt, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to arrange for an exchange, refund or other solution.
As of reception of the return authorization email, you can return the chosen products within 14 days, in their original packaging, to the address indicated. The cost of returning the product is at your charge.
International customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside the European Community (EU). BB+++ will only pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error and other solutions to solve the problem are not possible.

Which articles ordered on the site can be returned?

All the products on the site can be returned. Returned products must be intact, in a perfect state for resale, and in their original packaging. They cannot have been worn, used or to have suffered even minimum deterioration, and must be in a state of perfect cleanliness. Any product which is damaged, incomplete, or whose original packing is deteriorated, will be neither refunded nor exchanged.

Which is the deadline for returning an item?

You have a right to 7 days as from the reception of the goods to tell us your intention to return a product to us. We would appreciate if you could let us know why you would like to return your purchase in order for us to improve our services. Once we have given you a return authorization number, you must return the item to us as soon as possible and within a maximum delay of 14 days.

What happens to my items when they are returned?

BB+++ will create a credit for the amount which will appear in your online account. You will also receive a confirmation email for this credit and the credit payment via the same method as you paid.


BB+++ asks customers on the other side of our globe to be aware of the environmental pollution of returning imperfect items. Please weight both values on the balance of pollution and exspectations of perfection. Sometimes its better to accept a mistake in order to save something which is more important, we believe.
