Shipment and returns
Shipping Method:
BB+++ uses TNT exclusively for both national and international orders.
Order Processing:
All orders placed Monday - Friday (excluding holidays) before 2 PM will begin processing that day and will ship within 48 hours pending availability and credit verification. Orders placed after 2 PM will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 2 PM will begin processing on the following Monday. Transit times do not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays. Orders which are not paid within 7 days will be annulated. Haggling on prices is not possible within our service.

Shipping Restrictions:
BB+++ does not offer weekend delivery. BB+++ is unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.
Taxes/Duties/Refused Shipments (for International Shipments):
Once BB+++ has delivered the merchandise to the carrier, you will assume the risk of loss and title for the merchandise. You are responsible for any additional taxes and duties. BB+++ is not responsible for any fees charged by customs.
Refuse & returns:
If you decide to refuse any shipments from BB+++, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to BB+++.
Please inform us within 14 days by mail if you decide to return. The returned goods need to be received by us again within 10 days. Otherwise we can not accept the return. In case of return the product need to be in exactly the same quality; not washed, labels on it. We do not wire money back in case of return of discounted items. You will receive a voucher.
Transportcosts:
International deliveries will be shipped by TNT Internationaal Basis (not insured, NO TRACK & TRACE) or Internationaal Plus (insured, track & trace service included). You can choose if you check out.
